Shipping policy

HOLIDAYS SHIPPING SCHEDULE. All orders are processed in 1-7 Business Days. (Monday-Friday 10am-6pm)

Processing means Pussi Potions has received your order and is preparing and packaging it with love and tender care. It will then be shipped via USPS.

Shipping occurs after your order has been efficiently processed by Pussi Potions and received by USPS.

You will receive an email with full tracking details once USPS receives your package.

Standard & Priority USPS Shipments Arrive Within 1-14 Business Days. (USA)

Priority Shipping Includes $50 Insurance in case an item goes missing. Please contact USPS to File A Claim. Pussi Potions.com nor Any of it's affiliates are not responsible for a missing or lost package. We are not responsible for any package once they leave our facilities. You will not be reimbursed by Pussi Potions or any of it affiliates for any packages lost due to misspelling of addresses, missing unit numbers
etc. Please triple check your address at checkout and enter a valid phone number in case we may need to contact you to verify your shipping address. If your package returns to us it is destroyed. Please contact us if you have any issues. 

International Shipping 3-14 Business Days.

Love Potions are Made To Order & Ship in 4 Weeks. If your order contains other items, they will be shipped at that time. To avoid all items being shipped in that time frame, please order Love Potion separately.
